A great opportunity has opened to join our Administrative Team at Mercedes-Benz Auckland. We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused person to join us as an Administrator/Receptionist.
We are looking for someone who has a can-do attitude, can think quickly on their feet and is confident to work independently.
The main tasks for this role includes:
- Inputting invoices
- Reconciling statements
- Banking | Eftpos
- Vehicle administration
Other essential Tasks include:
- Assisting with general administration queries
- Assisting the sales team
- Reception duties including answering all general inbound calls
- Customer Service
To be considered for the role it is essential that you have demonstrated experience in an administrative role within an office environment and a good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite.
